P6000 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

Please read these terms carefully before using the p6000 platform. By accessing or registering an account, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.

By browsing, registering, or using any of the services provided by p6000, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to discontinue use of the p6000 platform.

These terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors, registered members, and any party interacting with our services. p6000 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Account Creation & Security

To access the full range of services on p6000, you are required to register an account using accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. p6000 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact p6000's support team immediately.

Users must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the platform. p6000 reserves the right to request age verification at any time and may suspend an account until satisfactory verification is provided.

User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

You agree to use the p6000 platform for lawful purposes only, in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. The following are expressly prohibited:

  • Using the platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful purposes.
  • Exploiting any bugs, technical vulnerabilities, or system errors on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Distributing malware, viruses, or any code that could damage our systems or harm other users.
  • Interfering with or attempting to access any part of the platform that you are not authorised to use.
  • Sharing your account or granting access to a third party without written permission from p6000.

P6000 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure.

Payment & Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the p6000 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). p6000 supports a range of local payment methods, including FPX and accepted digital wallets. Deposits and withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits, which may vary depending on the payment method selected.

All withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe depending on the payment method. p6000 reserves the right to carry out security checks before approving any withdrawal. In the event of suspected suspicious activity, p6000 reserves the right to place a hold on transaction processing pending the outcome of an investigation.

Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account or digital wallet details they provide are accurate and belong to them. p6000 will not be held liable for any loss arising from incorrect payment details submitted by the user.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Limitation of Liability

P6000 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, this platform. This includes loss of profits, data, or business interruption. p6000's maximum liability to any user is limited to the amount actually paid by that user to p6000 in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on the p6000 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations — is the property of p6000 or its content licensors and is protected under Malaysian and international copyright law. Reproduction of any content without written permission from p6000 is strictly prohibited.

P6000 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, if the user is found to have violated any of the terms outlined in this document. This includes, but is not limited to, fraud, platform abuse, attempts to exploit the system, or providing false information during registration. Any balance in a suspended account will be subject to further investigation before any decision is made.
